Terms and community rules
Short version first. The full text follows, and coaches also agree to the coach agreement.
What matters most
- Only you play your account. If someone else plays it, including a coach, your results and cards are voided.
- Fair play. No cheats, boosting, account sharing or fixed matches, on ladder or in our tournaments.
- Be decent. No harassment, hate, scams or selling accounts. Many players are young: never ask anyone for personal details.
- Your data. We read your game data from the official Clash Royale API. We never sell it. After 12 months without signing in, we warn you, and 30 days later we delete your account. You can delete it yourself at any time in Settings.
- Age. You must be 13 or older. Under 16, a parent or guardian must agree. Coaches must be 18 or older and verify their identity.
1. Who can use Royal Coaches
You must be at least 13. If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms with you. One account per person, with your own name or a nickname, and an email you can reach.
2. Your game account
You may only link a Clash Royale account that is yours, which you prove by equipping a deck we choose. Everything on your binder is read from the game. Letting anyone else play your account, sharing it, or buying one breaks the point of verified progress: results earned that way are voided, and the account can be removed.
3. Fair play
No cheats, modified clients, exploits, boosting, win trading or second accounts used to enter our tournaments. We can void results, cards and placements that were not earned fairly, and remove accounts that repeat it.
4. Community and chat
Treat people with respect. No harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats, spam or scams, and no selling or trading accounts. Never ask anyone for their address, phone number, photos or other accounts, and do not share your own. Moderators can remove posts and suspend accounts. Report anything that worries you, especially anything involving a younger player.
5. Sessions with coaches
Coaches are independent people, not employees. We check every coach's identity, age and verified rank before they can be booked, but we cannot promise a result. Coaches confirm, reschedule or decline requests; either side can cancel before a session starts. When payments launch, they will only run through Royal Coaches.
6. Tournaments
Royal Coaches tournaments are open to players who have finished at least one coaching session. You play with your own verified account. Brackets, schedules and results are run by our admins, whose decisions on disputes are final. Streams and the tournament chat are public to signed-in players.
7. Your data
We store your email, name, linked player tag, the game data we read for it (ranks, ranked games, badges), your sessions, messages and session logs. Coaches also send an identity document, which only reviewers can open and which is deleted as soon as the application is decided. We never sell personal data.
If you do not sign in for 12 months, we warn you that your account will be deleted. If you still do not sign in within 30 days, we delete it with your profile, linked account, cards, sessions and messages. Signing in cancels the warning. Coaches who have not signed in for 90 days are hidden from the coach list until they return. You can delete your account yourself at any time in Settings. Anonymous totals, such as how many students a coach helped, may remain.
8. Ending
You can stop using Royal Coaches whenever you like. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, and tell you why unless that would put someone at risk.
9. Supercell
Royal Coaches is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Supercell. Clash Royale and its content are trademarks of Supercell.
10. Changes
When these terms change in a way that matters, the version number changes and we ask you to agree again on your next visit.
Coach agreement
Coaches agree to this on top of the terms above. It protects students and keeps every coach's record honest.
- Verified adult. You are 18 or older, you are who your identity document says, and you run one coaching profile.
- Never play a student's account. Do not log in to, play on, or ask for a student's account. It voids the results it touched and ends your coaching on Royal Coaches.
- Protect young players. Keep contact with students on Royal Coaches. Do not move students under 18 to private channels, ask for personal details or photos, or arrange to meet. Report any concern to us.
- Honest claims. What you say about your play and your students must match your verified record. No invented results or reviews.
- Bookings stay here. Do not take students you met here off the platform to work around bookings or, once they launch, payments.
- Show up. Run confirmed sessions on time, or cancel early. Repeated no-shows can lead to removal.
- Truthful logs, private data. Write session logs that reflect the session. Keep what students tell you confidential and never share their data.
- Independent. You are responsible for your own taxes and legal obligations where you live.
- Staying active. If you do not sign in for 90 days your profile is hidden, and the general retention rule above applies to your account.
